It seem lately we have had quite a few calls on defect bottles and lids. The funny thing is they are not for our EnviroBottle. There is a company in the state called "new wave enviro". We hope this will not impact the EnviroBottle sales as it is not our product these people are having problems with!
We stand by our products for defects and any issue our customers might have.
We hope if anyone has bought products that they are not satified with from other companies they with try the high quality EnviroBottle as a replacement.
